Hi,
I have a problem with my phone in that it will not display the text correctly and numbers are not displayed at all. I can still dial and call and use the camera but I can't read text messages or find contacts in my phone because the text is unreadable. For example:
Mark Wallace = r W ce
so has anyone had this problem and how do you suggest fixing it? I ran the update from the SE website but nothing changed. I phones support and they suggested I send it in to be formatted and the software loaded. This could take 3 weeks so I am wondering if I can do this myself?
