> Putting videos on the phone
Bookmark topic
Hello everyone, I have recently purchased a sony ericsson W810i and im wondering how to put videos on the phone so i can watch them. I have seen other people watching episodes of family guy for example on their same type of phone that they have downloaded from the internet. I have a memory card with my phone so the issue is not with the files being too big.
I have tried transferring the files from my computer to the phone via the cable that was provided with the phone and although it does copy the files, once I try to open the file on the phone it only gives me the option to send them rather than to play them.
Does anyone know how I can do this. I would really appreciate anyones help on the matter as it is one of the reasons why I bought the phone. I must specify that the files that I want to put on the phone have been downloaded form the internet through a program called frostwire.
Thank you

i assume that you are putting an unsupported video file. the phone supports 3gp and mp4 only. if you try to put a different video file format than that you will get those options you mentioned above. i bet you have a blue square by the side of the files.
