when i am updating my p990i through SEUS for R9 and suddenly my PC crashed when the updating procedure was at 96%. when i restart my phone a blank screen comes on. i again connected my phone to the system and started the updated procedure . the software says my phone is alreading having the latest software and no need to update. and insteady of having continue anyway button it is having only go back to start page button. can any one tell me what to do . As i am not having warranty for my phone . is there any way to recover my phone.

Else pay some coffee money to SE center tech guy to have your unit reflash

Hi,
to access the service menu you enter the following Jog Dial Up/ Press * / Jog Dial Down / Jog Dial Down / Press * /Jog Dial Down/ Press *
If you can get into the service menu, choose "Format Internal Disk" and then run the update service again.
