How much does Ethanol cost in America &/or in Germany?

In Brazil it costs about 90 cents per litre or approximately $3.50 per gallon!

Taxes are very high in Brazil. To produce 1 (one) litre of Ethanol in Brazil it costs merely 22 (twenty-two) cents!

George W. Bush is a real smart Texan!

According to Hugo Chávez, George has complete command of only 600 (six hundred) words of the English language.

I'll post updates in this thread as the CANABRA$ project starts moving ahead.

axxxr, how much does a gallon of petrol cost in the U.K. ?

In Brazil, it is over $4.00 and ethanol costs about 94 cents per litre or approximately $3.58 per gallon....quite expensive isn't it?

In Brazil it costs merely 22 cents to produce one litre of ethanol (from sugarcane). If it weren't for the high taxes and profits, it would only cost one dollar per gallon at the filling stations.
