hi. playing mp4 and 3gp video's on my w810 was working good good with nice video quality. now, its been about 3 months since video playback stuck often and after a while (randomly) stop playing and display the notice "playback failed". what must i do. please help me out.

are those videos saved in the memory stick? if so, you memory stick would be faulty. have you tried it on another phones?

Try moving to phone memory and then playing. That would clarify your doubts.

it works better now when 've moved it into my phones memory. thanks guys. but the w810's phone memory is only 20mb!! and thats not enough to put all of my videos on!! can the problem be with the memory stick? must i reformate it and maybe it will work better, i've never formated it before. can it be because of that?

Ideally, this should be done even if you are USIN' a NEW one . . .
If you are to, just be SURE that you have a BACK-UP on the files you have on your memory card, 'cause when you FORMAT it in your fone, all of it's CONTENT will be deleted . . . if symptoms . . . PERSIST, try another card, or better get a brand new one, I prefer a Sandisk-brand on this one. Good Luck and welcome to Esato
