Hi people, i`ve been searching and searching on what the issue is with my phone, i`ve had the phone for a while now and one night i let my gf`s mum use her simcard in my phone. she was with vodafone and i`m with o2. once she was done and i switched the phone off to insert my simcard again the phone will not switch back on, it wont charge.. there`s nothing, its completely dead. i went to a phone shop in my local town to ask them if they knew anything about this and they didn`t.. they tried charging the batter from the machine in the back of the shop and that didn`t work. the offered to send the mobile to their o2 repair place and i denied that because it could take for ever to fix and no price was given to me for this kinda job.
i`m wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this issue, the phone might just still be in warrently and the contract i had with o2 is ended now.
pls email me any ideas or solutions to

thank you for your time in reading this.

Had exactly the same problem myself.
Had to send it to a service centre to be repaired.

@maffy - This is what I've been wanting to ASK you about . . . better have it retuned if it's covered by warranty . . . or follow WHAT: member-Brady did. Good Luck !

Press the 2&5 first before plugging the phone. Have you installed the USB FLASH driver (the first time you press C and plug the PC should recognised your phone and try to install the driver)?
Also always took out the batt for 5-10mins before trying (plug the cable) again.
