Of course you're not wasting your time, it's a great shop and if you are interested in phones etc which I'm positive you are, being on Esato and all lol, then I'm sure that you'll really enjoy the job if you get it, so good luck with your interview.

I've recently applied to Comet for a part-time job to earn some cash while I'm in college, if I get it I'm sure it'll be great, being as I'm a big fan of all things electrical!

Typical when you get people unsuited to management. They are promoted beyond their abilities, in my opinion, middle-management positions are often staffed by prats who have no idea about anything.

I find it funny when you go into a phone shop and the staff know absolutely nothing about phones, *cough*Phones4u*cough*.

Sorry to anyone who works there here on Esato, it's just the general opinion a lot of people get when they go in there...

I once had an interview with the CPW and two female managers from HQ interviewed me at the same time, the position was for Store Manager, they were very impressed with my CV but i got the impression they were intimated by me because i actually had more experience than they did, they kept insunuating that the position wasn't for me and that i should be applying for area manager rather than store manager and that maybe i should be working for another company altogether!

needless to say i didn't get the job in the end, that experience kind of put me off ever working for CPW.
