Put the words DOWNLOAD WINRAR on google and you find it for sure. After download it and install, just double click on your .rar file. Luck

Or if you use mac...

you need to use:

http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Compression-Tools/SimplyRAR.shtml
and http://www.unrarx.com/ to unrar files!
