to watch streaming video through my w810i should my service provider support streaming? or can i watch tv through external site if my operatoer doesn't give tv on its site?

well i found a site but it looks like there is some problem wth my streamingsettings.how can i configre streaming settings?

Wrong the W810i has EDGE and will stream at up to 200 kbps
