> K750i Master Reset?

I have a S-E K750i that is starting to mis-behave (It seems to reset itself when I try to connect it to a bluetooth handsfree - the screen flashes all white then all black a few times). With a computer I wouldn't assume anything was wrong until a fault reappeared after a reboot. I was wondering whether anyone has done a master reset on a K750i and what happens. I see that there is 'reset settings' and 'reset all' and that there is a warning with reset all that it might lose settings that were in the phone at purchase. What might these be? The phone is on Virgin.

when you perform a reset all you loose all(the phone becomes a virgin one), when you perform a reset settings, you loose your settings(gprs accounts, mms settings, etc).
what's is your firmware?
