I have finally gotten rid of the problem with some java programs, like Opera Mini do not start or cannot save data due to memory problems. I left the phone at a SE service center and a week later, when I got it back, all Java programs are functioning.
According to the service log, they have replaced the joystick (which was not faulty, as far as I can remember) and changed the firmware from R1JC002 which I had installed using FOTA to R1GB001. None of these operations seem to have a direct connection to the problem I had, and I had the seame problem before the upgrade to R1JC002 also, when the firmware version was R1GB001 too. Could someone explain what the problem really was, in case it occurs again?
