Guys, i already mentioned this in other thread...the SE developers forum is really the only existing official SE forum, and should be used by all of us SE users to push comunication with them, even if we aren´t developper´s

We all know how (badly) works the normal Costumer Support, and the lack of official comunication there is from SE to users, about questions regarding bugs, firmware, pc suite, etc

Well, at the SE devs forum we know for sure they will see it, specially if lots of users start registering and posting, of course in appropriate threads. Take the example of the P990 firmware thread:

Has you can see, in only some months, it is already the most viewed thread on the entire forum, and also it is the only place where there is a SE employee regularly comunicating with users about firmware issues (Johan).
Also, has is last post showed even better, he is working so that our contributes and feedback are used has they should by SE, instead of the crap that is normal Costumer Support

So i say to SE users, specially UIQ3 users, register at SE devs forum, and join others like me and makbil making our voices heard right inside SE, instead of wasting time with Costumer Support

Looks good and does cover most things, especially the volume. That is just such an oversight ....

Are we actually sure SE are taking note of the comments in that thread as no-one seems to be responding lately?

Thanks for the feedback regarding Customer Support and the lack of published info, I am pushing the issue for opening up info regarding bugs and so on so thanks for letting me know I am on the right track.

Hi Johan, we can´t thank you enough for doing that, and pushing SE to pay more attention to us UIQ3 users...better comunication is absolutely needed

You can keep count with our help to keep improving this relation, but it is already time to have other people from SE talking to us...why don´t they start a blog, even if not completly official, like other big companies already have, like Microsoft, Nokia, Sony, Opera, etc, where they can feed information daily to users regarding upcoming developments in SE and UIQ3...it would be really nice

.I reckon though bug info is more vital at the moment.

He´s been giving us some feedback regularly, but he can´t do much besides reporting and alerting SE to our questions, because he´s not in the division that is related to firmware development. But has you can see, he seems commited to help us

just updated the list of feature requests/problems/bugs related with P990&R4B03

I added some input i got from other users, after the first list...if someone remembers anything else to add, please say so.

The problems mentioned on the list were verified on P990´s with R4B03 and after a proper flash process, but i also did make reference to people that experience frequent restarts even with this latest version - the simple fact that there are people with this problem, and others that don´t have it, is an entire issue by itself, and that´s why i refered to it
