Hi... i aown a P990i just 3weeks old. the phone was working for about a few hours after i bout it from Home Hi-tec and then i came across the new "firmware Update" from SE. I downloaded Update Service software plus all other software required to run this service. the update went till 47% then the service restarded again. thinking it was complete, i restarded my phone but it keeps on flickering..nothing comes up on the screen. please help me.

personally i would take it back to the shop, if it is only 3 weeeks old.
as most phones come with 1 free months insurance.

One more thing. What do you mean by: all other software required to run this service? The only thing you need to get to update your phone with is SEUS
