I had problem with no vibrating and no ringtone sound in my phone since yesterday
today I did a master reset after that phone shown me start menu > start phone or Music Only
but from here even if i select anything... phone doesnt select ... the start menu screen stays as it is
I reupdated my phone software via SEUS
but still the same
pls help me guys...........

same problem had happened in my k750i ... only the sounds , others and themes folder's were opening the rest were not opening ... i had to download the whole new software from the SE service center , i guess you'ill have to do the same ...

even after doing that also I restored my GDFS
phone doesnt start!!
