> z610i activity menu bug?

using the phone for about a week now. problem started 3 days ago when
the activity menu (specifically the "my shortcuts" tab) randomly appears after reading sms. it doesnt
happen everytime but it usually happens when sms messages accumulate
(about 2-5). after reading the last sms and pressing the "back/return"
button and going back to the screen with the wallpaper, the activity menu (specifically the "my shortcuts" tab) suddenly pops out even though there are no more unread messages. help!

have u tried to change the "new event" setting?
if u dont like the menu come up, try change"
menu -> setting -> general -> (scroll down) New event -> change to pop up.

but does anybody else experience this? is it a bug in the firmware? the activity menu is supposed to appear when there are new events (missed calls, unread sms, etc.) or background applications running but in my case it just seems to appear randomly after reading the last of accmulated sms messages, pressing the "return" button and going back to the "wallpaper" screen (note: it appears even though there are no new events and with no applications running in the background)
