Ok... for some reason I can't seem to change my standby icon...i browse to where the files are located but it does't apear, nothing wrong with the file, i did this hundreds of time before...i think its the update that screwed it up..
can anyone check if they could change the icon with the latest update...?

why does this happen..? so... i can only change the icon on UK English but not American Englsh.. why!!!
