> k700 query!

i have some queries regarding the k700:-
1) if i master reset the phone, does it have any effect on pics quality?
2) how to know which version of firmware i'm using?
3) can i clean the camera lens using a soft cloth and does it have any effect on the quality of the photos??

once you make the key combination that boba mentioned you go to service info, software info. when you get to software info you'll see a string of numbers and letters in the first line and that will be your firmware version. regarding your camera query, you cant do much to improve its quality as it is a 0.3 mp camera. you'll get better pictures in daylight. at night is a ......

after you press right, asterik, 2 left, asterik, left and asterik the service menu will pop up. then you select service info and then software info. the first string you see is the firmware you have.
