I've actually said "SORRY" a couple of times to people on BT headsets, thinking they were talking to me.
Its quite an easy mistake to make with headsets getting smaller and smaller.

I thought a customer was talking to me and started talking back but she was actually on a conversation on her carkit.
I'd never seen a carkit back then...
