> disc to phone wont recognise new memory card

hi, i have a k800 and just bought a new 1gb memory stick so was excited to get some tunes on there.but disk to phone doesnt find the card.
do i need to format the card and if so how.
its a bit strange becouse in the camera settings i was able to chose memory stick for storage.

@driffty - Just to be sure, YES, have your card FORMATTED to your K800 mate . . . I don't have my K800 with me now . . . will just show how it works (formatting) with a K750: Menu > File Manager > Pictures > MORE > Format External Memory . . .
Also, make sure that your card is still covered by WARRANTY, just in case that if you are experiencing some problems with it (card), it can be replaced. Good Luck !

Yup, Jojo's right, try to format your memory stick with the phone first. You might want to get a card reader as well, would save you a lot of time and trouble.
