A local council (Ealing council) is to use hidden cameras to catch residents who leave rubbish out on the wrong day.

CCTV devices will be disguised inside objects such as baked bean cans and house bricks to film offenders.

Thats my council as well. Seeing as Ealing has one of the highest council taxes in London I can finally see where all my money is going, as council services are pretty rubbish (no pun intended)
