Well a few weeks ago my phone started to get "fuzzy lines" across the menus and other things started to go wrong i.e. if I attempted to open a game my phone crashed and some of my pictures started to delete themselves.
So I downloaded the SE "Update Service" and updated my phone....now things are far worse. When I turn my phone on the main screen is completely jumbled. It says "Calls" at the bottom left and "Planet 3" at the top right and the whole thing is unusable. I tried using Update Service again but nothing has changed
Please help, my phone is about 5 months old and I have no money to buy a new one. Thanks in advance.

Fully reflash your phone with 3 branded firmware. Visit Wotan Server. But you must pay 7 EURO for a log. Good luck.

yeah i'm gonna try and take it back to Phones 4 You tomorrow. I don't think I have any receipts/packaging etc. but hopefully they can help. I'm completely dumb when it comes to phone technology and i wouldn't even know how to do what aremaboy suggested but I appreciate the help
