God i have been away for a while. I have been in Ireland for a month staying with relations took a month off. Its great to be back in Esato. I have swapped networks since i came back and while Orange has been not bad value and good quality network what the hell has happened to customer services. I rang up to get internet and mms settings sent over the air to my phone. But oh my god i was on hold for 1 hour and 37 mins before giving up. In the end i called the registration line and got through that way it was quicker. Its simply not good enough these days. Hopefully i wont need to call up much.
