Every now and again when I try to play certain videos in the Quicktime player I am told that I can't because I'm missing some neccessery codecs, this is both off and online. I am then linked to this website...

http://www.apple.com/quicktim[....]ype=63646d69&csubtype=58564944

Can someone tell me what exactly I need to download?

Thanks.
