Does Anybody know how to reset total call time in the service menu?? I hav a w810i with a very large call time n I wud love to reset it.

the only way to do this would be to flash the phone (reload the software/firmware on the phone) with the clear call counter box option selected.

i dont know which software can do this for you

I read that forum with great difficulty. is there any other place where I can download that software ?? other than topsony ??

Their Registration really sucks.

My phone's call register timer gives the total call time which is about 20 minutes more than the service menu timer. Can anyone explain.... ?

Resetting the call time smacks of a sales scam. Other than trying to fool some poor schlub into thinking he's buying a lightly used phone when it's not, why would you want to reset it?

maybe it's a case of fraud or something in the above case... But mine is a genuine, bonafide phone.. With both call timers at 00:00 at purchase... How do you explain that...
