Ok Guys I need some help with my laptop,
I just switched it on and once its booted up It won't allow me to run and programs etc??
I wanna know if i reformat It will it reformat both HDD?

You mean both partitions as laptops can only have 1 HDD...in which case no it won't, just make sure you select the C drive

you havent by change logged onto your laptop as a guest or some how not given yourself full admin over the laptop that could be a reason.
go to control panel see if you can open it and then try to bring up user accounts see what that says

Before going down the formatting route, just reset and make sure you don't touch anything. It may have been that you tapped F8 on start-up and put it into safe-mode by mistake.
