Hello all,
so far I had no serious problems with my P990i (compared to some others) but not it has hit me too.
Suddenly my phone erases by itself my recorded caller voice prompts. It is happening now every other time. Before it was more rarely. Everything is recorded and works and then when I use it to dial, no response. When looking up the contact, it shows NO voice prompt recorded.
Same with the pictures. When I go into the contact to rerecord a voice prompt (because it was erased by itself!) the the picture is still there. After the recording when going to save the prompt, I look up the contact again and voila, the picture is gone!!!
So after putting the picture in again, rerecording the prompt and perhaps it works for a few times... then suddenly I want to voice dial again and some other or the same promt erased and showing as Not Recorded. Hence the voice dialling is now VERY impaired!
Anybody have a similar issue or is this just mine?
By the way, have the latest generic 1 fw.

do u sync up with Outlook? My very same issues are caused by syncing back and forth.

Actually I do not. It started after the latest fw for generic was flashed.
