It's not the latest version, but it should do the trick.

Also, if the application is crashing when you open it, you can either:
a) block any connections it attempts to make with your firewall (if you have one) or
b) Add this line in your hosts file (located in "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts"): 127.0.0.1 http://www.vapulus.com
c) Disconnect from the internet

You might also need the Microsoft .net Framework in order for it to work.

erm, i tried the software, and tried the method b, the application still closes automatically even installed nero audio, microsoft .net framework 2, and apple quicktime
