This is the first time its happened in 6 months of ownership. After disconnecting from the usb cable..
My W810i hard reset on its own. I lost all the games and applications, some of the pictures in phone memory and the worse thing is.. the "internet services" shortcut in the menu doesn't work anymore. it displays: "something is wrong with the page you tried to access. Choose another link"
I can reinstall the software, but does anyone have any idea how to fix the internet services problem?
I can still access the browser through the old shortcuts in the bookmarks section. that means the net access browser is still intact.
How to fix my menu "internet services" problem???

imo, you dont have data accounts, internet profiles, etc created, do you?

everything has been created. I can even surf the internet by using the bookmarks.. but when i click the internet services icon, i get that error message.
Its like the page where its points to got corrupted or something..
Is there a way i can manually set the shortcut?

I have put the startpage.htm in numerous places but still it doesn't work
