hi guys,new on this forum,i have a w810i that has a black screen ,still working,receiving calls and sending.Swap screen already.Any suggestion about software and software tool that can be uesd to resolve this problem.Thanking you in advance

he's from trinidad and tobago. mate, take it to a service center as this seems to be a hardware issue.

Has the phone been in contact with water at all? Even just a little, there may be some corrosion on the mainboard's connector.
Either that or it could be a software problem, as already stated try taking it to a service centre and see if they can help.
