> Weird call timer! Have I been conned?
Bookmark topic
I just had a look at the call timers. They have never been reset and the phone has never been flashed. I bought it brand new, is this a bug?
Timer from time&cost.
Timer from service menu.

it certainly doesn't look new, does it!?
assuming you bought new from a shop I'd be taking it back and asking questions

I think someone's tried to pass of something like a 14-day return or a refurbished phone as brand new!
If it's a problem, I'd take it back and ask for either a refund or a replacement handset, brand new this time!

i usually check the service menu before i take fone in the shop, out of tradition. of course, total call time can be reset as well... but if u had tons of fones in your hand, certain marks can point if u are misleaded or not.

The K800i's had a bug where the service menu showed more minutes than it should have.

Just EITHER of the TWO: a BUG, or SOLD - 2nd hand . . .

for sure his phone wasn't bought as a brand new phone. i got mine second handed and my total call time in the service menu doubles the counter in the time&cost menu.

The the phone was a direct delivery from Vodafone is brand-new condition, not a mark on it anywhere! I've the phone since last May and I've only come across this now.
