Can i use 1 GB of memory card in K750!? will it effect the performance of it or not

I can tell you yes, 1gb is compatible. I think it's fine up to 4gb cards.

I don't know about slowing down but as a music phone the W810 has better sound quality.

@wagas - I f you are still in the planning stages of getting one . . . and is more KEEN on both the memory-card capacity and MUSIC-effect, I would suggest that you take the
W810 mate. It has already a 512 MB card included with the package and has NICE music-sound since it's a walkman-fone . . . also, it has an Auto-Focus on it's camera
