For software go to the Sony Ericsson site, they have software for the T68i (check under their support pages). And there are also third party software available (search this forum).
You can use your cable, the DRS-10 or DRS-11 cables (also from Ericsson) or some third party compatible ones. You will need to refer to Microsoft Windows to ensure that a COMM connection to your USB or SERIAL port is setup properly for communications.
