how many of you are going to leave Sony Ericsson to buy the iPhone?
Although I love Sony Ericsson....I would love to be able to buy an iphone when it comes out but I cant because I live in south america and in the US , the phone comes with a 2 year contract....does any one know if they will sell it unlocked?
I think the iPhone is a revolutionary phone and I have always loved my apple products (30GB iPod Video and black macbook) so I really wnt to buy one. What do you think of the iPhone? Will you buy it?

Well, before I would get the iphone, I would definately rather buy the nokia n93 or 95.
The iphone had nothing to offer in complexity compared to the p990 or the n93/95.

I would not even consider the iphone. Its quite big only has a 2 megapixel camera not even 3G. Though its got a nice screen i dread to think of the battery life is like since its not a strong point of Apple. I would not give up my trusty Nokia for it. Whilst it look quite nice and does have alot of features its not ground breaking.

I was all hot and bothered with it when the iPhone was first announced, but my K790i is really sweet, plus I plan on adding either the K550i or the M610i depending on what features make the final cut for the M610i. Actually, I'm pretty sure I'll end up with both at some point. The good news is now I can dump my Blackberry collection (Pearl, 7105t, 7730, 7230). I still have my original SE T610 as a backup/take anywhere, which I recently brought out of retirement. I had the V800 as a backup (flashed to z800 status, removed the Voda branding) but my son glommed it. Took him about a week to get tired of his TMo starter phone, some lame free flip phone with only the most basic features. It kills me that when we were at the store picking it out I tried to steer him toward more full-featured phones but he absolutely insisted on the most basic model. I didn't argue too hard since it was costing me the least possible (free phone, $10/month additional line on my plan) but I had a feeling it would bite me later on. Well, it didn't take long for that fear to be realized! The good news is he's real careful with it and takes it everywhere with him. Fair trade-off.
