i tried surfing around the web and saw some few helpful tips. however, not everything answered my problems.
hope someone can give me a clearer idea on my problems below left unanswered and what should i do. thanks a lot.
1. after a few hours of using my phone, some words turns into the software name. what i do is restart my phone and it turns back to normal. however i always experience this problem after using my phone for some hours. anyway to fix it?
ex.
-"sender" becomes 'fender'
-menu names become numbers: "send' become F4:1020
2. after using my phone for several hours also, it restarts automatically. does this really happen?
3. i can't watch live channels properly. not sure if its a network problem but ive heard some being able to watch our local channels properly. mine doesnt run smoothly, keeps on pausing and freezing.

hi and welcome here. all you mentioned sound like firmware's bugs. what's your firmware?

@baby - If you K800 is still covered by warranty then have it replaced, if NOT . . . upgrade firmware dude . . . Good Luck !

sounds like R1ED to me, a firmware problem as mentioned. maybe an upgrade would do good for it? do check your firmware in the settings menu. latest is R1JG for SEUS which is free...
