It's been more than a month without any software update...

Perhaps

its preparing some big changes like mophun and/or user definable SMS alert...

I´m not telling you T68i is perfect but it´s almost.
what did u get with the last update? or the one before the last?
pretty much nothing. there´s not going to be any big changes (update similar to old t68m to t68i).
There´s no new firmware because the old one is almost at the point what SE wants it to be. All big bugs are fixed. They are propably working on some complete new phone that takes all their time.
