well, I've spent quite a bit of time today trying to get an unlocked N95 on t-mobile flext 35 plan (for the 1800 texts/month) but not one place I've been to or called can supply this.

They all seem forced to sell the t-mobile branded and locked one on t-mobile contracts

the other option was the orange dolphin 35 for unlimited texts but that seems only to be available from the Orange site

does anyone know any place that can do what I want?

Do CPW not do what you want? as there phones always seem to be unlocked and debranded? Apart from ones on 3.

first place I tried... 2 of them in fact (just to be sure)

they both told me they are only allowed to sell the t-mobile branded ones on t-mobile contracts so both shops simply let me walk away which seemed strange as I have not had this problem before with them. Normally I can get an unbranded phone if I ask or in the first days when the branded stock hasn't arrived

Will ask him on MSN if he comes on and see what he says

yeah, please do

the phone is for me and the sim is for my son for whom even 1000 texts/month is not enough!

voda offered me a £40 plan with unlimited texts but their data is still waaaay to expensive though she mentioned the new data plans are "coming soon", just like they were when I ported away to t-mob after 8 years with voda

o2 just don't seem to have any high text packages and their data is not great either

The N95 is coming soon for t-mobile on phones2udirect.com. They usually supply unbranded handsets with their new contracts
