Well , i need an expert here who can make games into other formats that can work on mobile phones...I have a game named Snow Brothers ( Which most of you have heard ) which is a Sega game and works on a K-Gen Emulator...So i was wondering that is there anyone who can make that game into a .jar file so that it can work on my mobile phone , and also change the key coding so that it can work through the keypad of mobile phones...
So anyone here who can do this ???

yeah shure, it's very easy to convert a closed-source tool/game to a complete differenct programming language.
you'll have to do backwards engeneering. (very very very time consuming)
after that you'll have to convert the c++ to a java envoirnmet.
í'd say forget it.
better try to find a emulator to your game which runs with java, that rebuilding the game
