I am with Orange pre pay and i love the network though i find the call charges a little steep. So what did i do today i called them to say i wanted my PAC code and they asked me why i wanted to leave. I told them and then to my shock Orange offered me 5p calls to landlines and 12p to any network. WOW. Cant believe it. So if you are thinking of leaving your pre pay service tell them that and see what they offer you. I dont want a contract again so thats made things great. Thats in line with T Mobile pre pay everyone tariff. Thanks Orange.

you'l find that all mobile companys offer you deals if you try and leave them.
However the customer service for orange contract is not that great. They used to be number 1 for cust service, not any more.

Yes its anytime which is amazing. Obviously dont wanna keep losing customers. Oh and yes pre pay does mean payandgo. I think its about time they all networks reduced cross network charges lets hope Offcom do this.
