I sent a complaint to Cadburys (Bourneville, Birmingham UK)
about there "Mini Eggs" basically I wasn't to happy that the packets seemed to have less contents in them this year I don't know if anyone else in the UK has noticed but they feel like they have taken a few back!

Anyways after I made the complaint via Email last friday I get my mail this morning which is a letter from cadburys apoligizing and they have given me £2 Voucher to redeem against some more

Has anyone else done this?
what has happened did you gain anything?

I remember complaining to a Smiths about their Square Crisp years ago that their crisp were tough and rubbery, so I sent off the empty packet and I received the same - a voucher for some more crisp and an apology.

I reckon you could do that with almost any food maker and get a voucher of some sort

I would love a year's supply of Cadbury's Roses. Now that would be worth writing a strongly worded letter for.

Though you might have to complain again to receive an extra supply of toothbrushes and toothpaste too....

I too have complained many a times... On most occasions it was sorted out in a short time... Mostly because i use highly provocative but rational language in my apps... Sometimes it stretched longer, but i didn't budge from my stand, which, of course was based on solid grounds...

Well, I'll never compromise on my rights as a consumer and as a subscriber, no matter what it takes...
Hard earned money isn't just, to get pissed off... Well that's my POV...
