> W880i crash when writing txts

Hi all, I just spent 20 mins searching but found nothing.
I picked up a W880i today, works perfectly apart from when writing txts when the phone locks up, reboots itself and I loose what i've written. Anyone else had anything similar and is it linked to certain models?

Should I just take it back tommorow, or will debranding with latest software fix it?

even a branded phone shouldn't do that and why should you make the effort to debrand for this?
take it back and get it replaced but check the phone in the shop before leaving to save yourself the hassle again

I was going to debrand anyway as i dont use any of the vodafone services. But yeh i guess i'll take it back tommorow and get it sorted.

agreed. better to start with a working phones before you debrand. that way if there is a real problem you won't need to be trying to rebrand before getting it replaced
