I have just found a new program to sync w950 with itunes im testing it now will let you all know if it is any good, also it is free!!!

works really well, except doenst copy the cover art, however you can use a program called tunesleeve to embed the cover art into the music file, which works ok, except it doesnt take the files itunes itself has downloaded. does anybody know of an application to get itunes to embed its own artwork?

RIGHT OK: there a couple of programs i used, all free and work great.
follow these steps to sync itunes with w950i incl. cover art
1) update itunes so that all files have album art, and then convert them all to aac if you prefer (saves battery life and performs better on w950i) (right click -> convert selection to aac)
2) using itunes insert artwork program (http://home.comcast.net/~teridon73/itunesscripts/itunes_insert_artwork.zip)
this takes all the itunes artwork, and embeds it inside the music files themselves, this is needed so that itunes agent copies the artwork as well, and so you dont need to have jpg files in your album folders.
3) then simply synchronise your w950 with itunes by using itunes agent which is available from (http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=ita&filename=ita-1.1.exe&use_mirror=kent)
you may need to follow he guide on how to set it up at: (http://ita.sourceforge.net/docs.html)
now you have a full FREE soloution to synchronise itunes with w950i
