Hi everybody, and sorry for my bad quality English!
I own a SE K610i with 1Go memory card, which makes me really satisfied, but I'd like to know if there is any possibility to transform the current classic "music player" of the phone in a walkman version, just like on the W810i for example (to get new sound options, like Mega Bass). I don't know if it is possible to do it in customizing the firmware maybe?
Can someone help me?

I think it's possible... but you'll need to mess around with FAR/PhonXS and stuff.
And if i'm not mistaken just putting your bass on high in the equaliser will give you a decent 'megabass' like effect.

Of course I already use the equalizer to get a better sound, but I'd like to enjoy all the features of the Walkman version on my phone if it is possible... And concerning FAR I have it on my pc but I found it a little bit hard to use for a beginner like me lol.

What other walkman firmware could be installed on the k610? Dont think it can be possible. As far as i know, the k750 can be turned into a w800 and the k550 can be turned into w610 also. See here:

Unlikely.
The w660i has a different screen etc
@ the thread starter:
It'd be better if you modified your media player alone. As I understand all you need is 'megabass' and a few other small features... as your player is nearly the same as the w810i's player. I am given to believe that these can be added using PhoneXS/FAR.
Far shouldn't work on your phone as its a CID 49 (perhaps CID51/52 if you upgraded firmware recently). Though there are ways of getting around this...
I'm a newb when it comes to flashing phones so I suggest you ask around here and at SE-NSE...

W660 is K610 walkman version, that's as simple as that.
So I'm quite sure that it will be possible to flash K610 to W660. Ask Wotan support to be sure when W660 firmware is available in their store.
