That would tell you that the problem is with the pc not the phone. Have you paired the phone and the pc?

Need some help transfering jpeg pics from t68i to pc. I have a billionton bluetooth usb adapter. I have already paird both devices. It seems that when the t6ti starts sending the file, a connection failed message appears. Need help. Is there a config that needs adjustment or software/device driver updates that i need to install? Thanx This post was posted from a T68i

I read the note you post . I downloaded the 12.2.2.16 from tecom and the 12.2.2.18 from tdk. I tried to install the 12.2.2.18 but TDK seems to protect they software. The soft said that I can not use my adapter because is not a TDK. So I installed the 12.2.2.16 (after desinstalating the old one). I still got the same probleme when I want to send a picture from my T68 I got the transfere failed on my screen...

When you say you get 'transfer failed' on your screen do you mean the phone's screen?
I'll list a few checks below which you may well have tried but it might be worth a go.

1. Bluetooth key is installed and working correctly ie. no driver conflicts and hardware manager says working properly.
2. You are getting a regular blinking from your BT key.
3. You have Widcomm software version 16 or higher installed.
4. When you try and send you are not paired (this isn't essential but can help).
5. When you send you are going into (for instance) 'My Pictures' on your phone and selecting a picture then 'send' via bluetooth.

When you do this does your phone say 'no devices found' or does it find your computer but then fail to transfer as it seems you are suggesting on a previous post?

Does the key on the computer flicker when trying to transfer?

Finally, what operating systems are you running?

I have billionton bluetooth software 1.2.2.9 component version. Is it ok if i use the widcom software 16 or higher version? My O.S. is winxp. I have paired both devices already. The serial port in my bluetooth places in my pc is the only thing that works. I cant send business cards and files from phone to pc. When i send them via bluetooth, i starts out as a short msg from my phone saying \"sending\" then suddenly changes to \"tranferring failed retry?\". My pc detects my phone during the sending msg part This post was posted from a T68i
