im frm jammu
i want to activate bsnl gprs
i send gprspre ,gprs199 to 3733
but get error in retriving data!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i call cc but im holdon for half an hour
is any other method to activate gprs?????????

Send gprspre for prepaid GPRS... gprs49 and gprs199 for postpaid plans... to 3733. It works 100%... Within 24 hours Gprs will be activated...
Still, If it shows error for few days continuously then, you have no option but to go to the BSNL's main exchange... Talking to customer care is absolute nonsense and waste of time... They just can't do anything...

If we take dat gtel knowingly did this all free thing just for luring customers
chances of which r high ,,,,as i do think it was just a market gimmick,,,,,,,,
then it means that gtel hav got m nice techies up there,,,thou not all but still some of them at least know what r the techinical issues of gprs!~!!!
and Now ,,IT SEEMS DAT gsnl also has done d same and it has also blokd the thing which ws quite free from some time thou not to a full extent in the later half !!
BUT STILL i dont think, so much expertise can be there in techies of gsnl,,
so still surprised how can they do dat????
THOU I M busy now a dayz due to some stuff,,,
i m not fidling with the new chsnges gsnl has made to thier system,,,
but i m sure those morons must hav left AT LEAST somthing wide open as thier ASS HOLE
BTW if u r asking for activating paid gprs,,,
its just a max 3 hr thing in any gprs enabled device now a daz,,,,, and U JUST GT f**kd up if u using
gprs on prepaid!!!!
