t-mobile can't help, hopefully someone else can. i have a t68i and i registered for mms. wap gprs works fine and even the t-mobile mms welcome message worked. i got the settings via sms from
www.sonyericsson.com/at (Austria). when i send a mms with just one picture (from internet) it works most of the time but when i add a second picture or sound i only get "message format corrupted". i also can't receive the t-mobile channels (news, sports, ...) - only the subject works. any idea?

I'm only guessing here, but might it have something to do with your memory status - depending on how much is free might relate to how many pages can be added to MMS message? You might have to delete some downloads in a category of your choice eg My Pictures, My Sounds etc...:-)

well it probably is the mms gateway. They have limits just like the wap gateway. For example some gateways can't accept music or larger files. Some gateways doesn't accept animated gifs. And some gateways have problems converting mms between nokia and ericsson phones.

I had that problem a few times when transfering MMS from the computer using SE MMS studio. I found out that the error happened when the subject used non english chars. In my case swedish chars. Maybe that is the problem..

it only happens when the mms uses 2 or 3 pages. the memory status is ok. i don't think it's the gateway b/c not even the t-mobile-mms-channels work. t-mobile told me that they would call back but they never did and i guess it will be the same when i try it again ;(
