Has anyone managed to pair their N95 with BMW Bluetooth. I have been trying like mad to pair them all weekend (2006 535d M Sport with Professional Nav + Bluetooth) but to no avail

It's possible that the BMW bluetooth does not support BT 2.0?

I have used it for ages, I have it on my N93, N80 and it's preinstalled on the N95.

I have the 3 year subscription, and it works really well, reliable, and accurate.

I would say the GPS signal is best when used with a seperate good quality GPS reciever, the inbuilt one on the N95 is not as good as some, although it's very good for the size.

I haven't tried smart2go.

I can get the BMW system to recognise the phone and vice versa but after entering the passcodes the phone comes up with pairing failed

Cheers - I did call them up and they said as long as the phone's bluetooth works then It's BMW's problem

Called up BMW and they say not all phones are compatable.

Has anyone else managed to get it working???

My P990i never worked wither but K800, K750, Nokia 6233, 6230 all worked.

I have a 2004 BMW 530i and have just got an N95, I have paired them successfully, although it took two attempts but BMW will not read the SIM card. I have set SIM card to be accessible by external devices and teh BMW allows me to receive phone calls and the handsfree works fine but I cannot make calls or see who is ringing me - annoying!!!!

Friend of mine with a N70 and P900 had same trouble-only one thing appears to be consistent in all cases so far, Symbian 60 O/S!
