I am using a W850i with the current software version
CXC1250200 R1ED001 060831 Sony Ericsson.
Right now I am using the phone in Rio De Janeiro- Brazil.
When I try to download the new software over Air using the Update service menu, it searches the new software. Asks me "If you like to download the latest phone software update?" and when I say YES to continue, it shows Downloading... and then fails to download.
Is there any alternative method to download the latest software from some website, and then upload it to the phone? Kindly suggest.
