im very interested in buying this model though whats holding me back is that no one really commented on video playback, can it play whole length full screen films? and if it can are the videos clear? and my final question is can i add album art to my mp3's ?

P990i is the best in video playback so far for me, i use M3 video converter and it'd just as good as watching a dvd in full screen mode.

The good:

Movie playback is SWEET. Full framerate, dvd quality sharp and clean.If the movie is converted correctly the audio keeps perfect sync with the video.The display is bigger then the display on the Ipod video and IMO brighter.The quality is simply put brilliant.

The bad:

45 min of playing is aprox 20% of the standard (900 mAH ?) battery.And of course nothing will fit on that tiny 64 mb card it comes with, so you will have to buy yourself a bigger card.I suggest you use the M3 converter as movies converted with other programs tend to load very long.

The ugly-
If you want to fully enjoy movies you'll have to:
Get a bigger Memory stick
Get a bigger Battery (very cheap)
Get better earphones (standard ones are uncomfortable)

First of all i woulf like to thank you for your time! , though i went on the web site that was stated on the page to download M3 ( http://www.vapulus.com/w900i/M3-0.8.9.4-Installer.exe ) though my internet explorer didnt open this web site, instead it stated an error message saying that there isnt this web site. Is it a fault in my computer or am i doing something wrong?

Of course you can, with a third party app such as Swiss Manager Pro which is a necessity for P990i anyway. Watching movie w/ flip closed is supported.
