I am thinking of sending in my p990i for repair.. I dont know if i should wait or what, but i cant live w/o my p990i. its just that hehe. so what i want to ask is..

How was your experience w/ the SE Repair/warranty claims?

Fast?
and did they repair your faulty phone or just replace it?

@cora - I know that for most of the members here wants their fone to be FIXED in a JIFFY mate . . . . but that will entirely DEPEND on the problem the fone has encountered . . . as long as it's an authorized

Service Center . . . I guess there's NEED to worry

If it will take days for it's to be rapired . . . just try to call the center once in a while, so that they will be advised that you are keeping track on your fone's recovery-repair-period . . . Good Luck !

SE's service is definitely better than others... Nokia people mostly mislead, as do others...

My w850i got fried due to a faulty usb port. I delivered it to a se service point which in turn shipped it to one of the high volume repair centre. They returned a completely new phone within 2.5 weeks. I was glad to have my w850i back as i hated the nokia 2610 i had used as temp phone.
