> i urgently need a pro's help!

well this was what happened:
i switched on my hp W550i. played a game, then all of a sudden, it paused and restarted.
then i went to another game, it did that again but this time, when it restarted, all i was seeing was a blank white screen for a long time...what should i do?
i put it for charging and still blank screen same goes for when i plug to my comp
if this was a computer issue i'd handle it but this is a phone...
PLEASE HELP ME OUT

Pull the battery out and leave it out for 5 mins then insert and re-start the phone - good luck

I had the same problem with my K750i.... sent it back to the place I got it to get a replacement but they are just fixing it.
if you do send it to get fixed it would be a good idea to have a spair phone as it takes 2-3 weeks to be fixed.
I'm picking my k750i up today

do you remember how to get into the mp3 player (without the screen) to see if it is just the screen
is it making any sounds
my k750 played the music with the white screen
